This lovely hat is in the Flemish style. It rests closer to your face and is smaller than the English version. The hat is very delicate and fits snugly on your head. A velveteen veil pours from the back and is fully lined. This can be swept up out of the way and secured with a hat pin. This hood has an upwards emphasis at the back. Shows off your profile and high forehead. There is no need to pluck with these hats as the front fabric panels rest at your hairline. *HINT* If you want to be terribly correct you can bleach the front section of your hairline to give the impression of a high plucked forehead.

English Tudor Hood
This lovely hat is made from professional millinery materials. It is lightweight and comfortable. The front of the hood sits slightly back exposing your profile and the top of your forehead. This was considered very attractive. Your face is beautifully framed with the gold and pearl frame of the hat. The wings at the front rest gently at your jaw. You will be amazed by how attractive this hat looks on. The back of the hat rests slightly upward and exposes the nape of your neck.
